Return Policy

At CINCELASER we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below we detail our return conditions, in compliance with current Spanish legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16).

Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, except in cases excluded by law (see below).

General Return Conditions

To accept a return:

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with its original packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase must be included.
• Returns of products damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.

Exclusion: Products Personalized
Returns of personalized products are not accepted, as established in article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom-made products.
• Products with names, dates, or other personalized elements.
• Products modified according to the customer's specifications.

These items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

How to request a return

Write to https://cincelaser.com/en/contact indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

We will tell you the steps to follow and the shipping address.

The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defect in Manufacturing.

Refund

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
